Illinois Medical District

The Illinois Medical District includes 560 acres of medical research facilities, labs, two universities, raw development areas and more than 40 healthcare related facilities. It is located adjacent to Chicago’s ” loop” and is anchored by 4 major hospitals. It’s mission is to foster economic growth by supporting healthcare, research, technology commercialization and real estate development initiatives. Leveraging it’s location and proximity to downtown Chicago, the logo incorporates the city skyline and includes profile outlines of the 4 hospitals that anchor the district.
