A leader in the real estate industry, the 1959 North Halsted office wanted to rebrand themselves under the Coldwell Banker parent company as a high-end boutique brokerage in the upscale Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. Classic fonts were used in conjunction with custom illustration to distinguish the office.
