Working closely with the college relations division of the Netherlands based financial institution, recruiting materials were developed targeting MBA graduates. The brochure and program inserts were based on the concept of navigating the recruit’s career options.

Supported by strong visuals and conversational messaging targeted at a college-age audience, the result was a series of components that reflected the dynamic corporate culture.


Flockhart Design also produced a previous edition of the brochure that visually focused on the people who comprise the corporation’s culture. Testimonials from employees were incorporated into the layout to accentuate diversity.
